Our dispatcher will contact you to see what day and time works for you for our technicians to inspect the damage.  

The Crew Chief will call you and let you know that they are on their way and give you an estimated time of arrival.

They will conduct an initial inspection or walk-through, locate the source of loss and all the affected areas. They may ask you a few questions, such as how did the water damage occurred, when did it happen, etc.

After the crew chief determines what is affected by the water damage and how wet it really is, they will start to setup equipment and begin the mitigation process. They will discuss the plan of action with you, so you will always know what is going on.
