Thunderstorm Puts Hole in Roof!

When this customer gave us a call during the summer he told us how the storm from the night before managed to blow part of the roof off of his home, sending rain water and debris all throughout his bedroom and the nearby areas, such as this stairwell. Our SERVPRO crew came in and assured the homeowner that we would do everything possible to fix his house and get it back to living condition. After scoping the loss we removed carpet, pad, baseboards, drywall, and the blown in insulation and debris from the hole in the roof! Our team then applied an antimicrobial treatment to all areas that were affected with water damage. We then placed several dehumidifiers around the home and let them do their magic for a day. Once our water crew was able to get the inside of the home back to safe conditions this family was able to move back in!
