Water Damage from Toilet Overflow

After walking into the bathroom, employees at this local business realized that many of their toilets had overflowed and sent category three water all over the floor tiles. They noticed the water was also beginning to leak into the hallway, so the office building decided to call SERVPRO to help them deal with this pressing problem. After the plumber came in to stop the immediate leak and unclog the drain line, our SERVPRO of Henry and Spalding crew began drying the area and removing the tile flooring. We went ahead and applied EPA registered disinfectant to all affected materials, steam cleaned the floors, and placed over a dozen air movers in the building to continue the drying process.
